First, preparing to restart and recover aviation to normal traffic levels; then, being ready for the next health crisis and secure passenger confidence in air travel (IATA, 2020b) . The companies working at the airport terminal building premises (airports, airlines, ground handlers, national agencies, subcontracted personnel, retailers …) are implementing the following measures to continue or resume operations (ACI-Europe, 2020; Changi airport, 2020; U.S. Department of Transportation, 2020), to prevent the spread of COVID-19: -Cleaning and sanitizing: enhancing sanitation of floors, carpets, high-contact areas … also, providing hand sanitizers and wipes for facility users.
