As shown in Figure 2 (a), among the selected group of MOP AADs that inhibited NS5B RdRp activity in vitro, Lys, Phe, Val, Leu and Ile derivatives also inhibited HCV replication in Huh7 cells, which harbour a HCV subgenomic replicon RNA.
