In IH proteinimmunized mice, the concentration of IL-2 in the supernatant of splenocytes cultured with or without FIPV antigen was significantly higher than in that of splenocytes derived from wild-type baculovirus-infected SF-9or PBS-immunized mice (P < 0.05, P < 0.01, respectively).
