Considering the fact that the testis is highly enriched in ACE2 receptors and its vulnerability to SARS-CoV-2 invasion, detectable changes in semen analysis, alteration in sex hormones balance and, most importantly, anti-sperm antibodies (ASA) formation and sperm DNA fragmentation are considered to play a major role in male infertility.
