Therefore, developing a rapid and sensitive method for identification and quantification of different IBV strains based on hypervariable region of S1 gene can effectively solve the problem, which plays important roles in IB early diagnosis and control, especially for vaccine production. Herein, a label-free electrochemical assay based on equivalent substitution effect and AuNPs-assisted signal amplification is developed for identification and quantification detection of IBV H120 strain.
