Factors for emergence include natural process (evolution of pathogen), infectious agents transfer from vertebrate to mammals, antimicrobial resistance (AMR), and climate change. The factors responsible for the emergence of infectious diseases such as (1) the evolution of new strain, (2) the introduction of a host to enzootic, (3) translocation of infected wildlife, (4) farming practices, and (5) others were provided. Due to emergence of antibiotic-resistant pathogens and unavoidable use of antibiotics, concomitant environmental perturbation caused by climate change might make the earth is not suitable for humans and other livings. Increasing resistance to antibiotics and the emergence of "superbugs" that are resistant to drugs of last resort have highlighted the great need for alternative treatments of bacterial disease.
