We regard disaster resilience in the information ecology framework to encompass the efforts of collaboration and communication dependencies that exist amongst stakeholders engaged in the situation within a local context. In this review, social media emerges as a new trend in technology and rather becomes the medium for sharing information with the aim to reduce anxiety about a disaster situation that could negatively affect the people involved [36] . These cases suggest that social media promote effective resilience in communication, and that the delivery of information to foreigners in Japan from different language backgrounds and cultures further creates traits where personal connection contributes to information accessibility choices. ./cache/cord-344832-0ah4w59o.txt ./txt/cord-344832-0ah4w59o.txt
