Herein we present a case series of 4 full-term neonates who were hospitalized with fever and found to be infected with SARS-CoV-2. Due to the concern for end-organ involvement with possibly evolving acute myocardial injury as well as a supplemental oxygen requirement, the patient was initiated on therapy with remdesivir on inpatient day 4 via an expanded-access program from the manufacturer after approval from the US Food and Drug Administration and local institutional review board, with informed consent. In this report, we present 4 febrile neonates hospitalized with SARS-CoV-2 infection with favorable outcomes.
