This study thus aimed to evaluate the safety of sperm cryopreservation of cancer patients referred to our sperm bank after the onset of the pandemic in Italy through the assessment of the risk of SARS-CoV-2 exposure and, in selected volunteers, viral RNA testing of semen samples.
