Sera from sows inoculated with whole virus, SP antigen or SVP antigen preparations produced virus complexes that were retained most efficient Samples of 3H-uridine labelled TGEV containing 4000 ct/min were incubated for 2 h at 37°C in dilutions of test sera followed by incubation with rabbit anti-porcine IgG serum.
