The combined inhibitory effects of nitazoxanide (0 to 0.6 µM) and 2CMC (0 to 4 µM) were tested over a range of combinations against FCV in the cell culture using the plaque reduction assay. Of the six NNI compounds tested in the current study, PPNDS and quercetagetin showed an inhibition of FCV RdRp activity with IC 50 values in the low micromolar range (Figure 2 and Table 1 ).
