In particular, the 2B protein may change the Ca 2+ concentration to regulate autophagy and apoptosiswhich are distinct cell death mechanisms controlled by the virus to effectively evade the host immunity, thereby promoting viral replication and release [48] [49] [50] [51] [52] .
