In a sensitivity analysis including only the 55 patients with confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection by RT-PCR, the significant variables in the adjusted multivariate model were a NLR > 2.55 (OR 5.26; 95% CI 1.02-25), higher Charlson comorbidity index (OR 1.56; 95% CI 1.04-2.34) per unit, and higher SOFA score (OR 5.05; 95% CI 1.10-23.24) (Supplementary Table 2 ).
