The percentage of neutrophil count > 6.3×10 9 /L in death group was significantly higher than that in survival group, and multivariate logistic regression showed neutrophil count > 6.3×10 9 /L was independently associated with mortality. Another study also indicated that COVID-19 patients in the death group had significantly lower lymphocyte count on admission than the recovered group [8] .
