In this study, different adjuvants combination regimens including alum, IFA, CpG and poly(I:C) were compared in an effort to promote balance between Th1 and Th2 immune response to bystander rRBD antigen spanning residues 367-606 of MERS-CoV S in a murine model to develop an effective vaccine against MERS-CoV infection.
