Out of 70 sites, coronavirus positives were detected at 58 including 100% (24/24) of live rat trade sites, 60.7% (17/28) of rodent wildlife farm sites, 94.1% (16/17) of bat guano farm sites, and at the one natural pteropid bat roost.
