To determine the level of vector immunity that can be tolerated without significantly affecting the vaccine efficacy, we primed groups of mice with varying doses of wild type (WT) HAd5 via intranasal (i.n.) or intramuscular (i.m.) route of inoculation to generate different levels of HAd5-neutralizing antibody titers.
