Interestingly, the 10 7 and 10 8 pfu DEF201 groups presented with little to no day-7 virus burden in the serum, liver, or spleen, while the 10 6 group developed viral titers that were comparable to the rAd EV and placebo controls ( Figure 2B-D) . This may not be the case with hamsters treated with DEF201 24 h prior to challenge since most had no detectable virus titers in spleen, liver, or serum on day 7 of PICV infection ( Figure 2B-D) .
