SARS-CoV disproportionately impacted health care workers (HCWs) in countries with the most reported cases. Similar to SARS-CoV, presentation is typically fever with symptoms of lower respiratory tract infection and radiographic evidence of pneumonia or ARDS. 16 The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has issued interim guidance for HCWs. 17 Novel coronavirus should be suspected if patients meet the criteria described in Table 1 .
