DNA was extracted from blood, lymph nodes, lung, liver, kidney, heart and spleen samples taken from PCV2-infected and healthy pigs, using a DNeasy Tissue Kit (Qiagen) according to the manufacturer's instructions. In order to evaluate the optimal tissues for viral detection and to compare the sensitivity of PCV2 detection by LAMP and PCR, DNAs from tissue samples of blood, heart, lung, liver, kidney, lymph nodes and spleen from PCV2-infected pigs were extracted and subjected to LAMP and PCR.
