Therefore, the aim of this study was to compare the different clinical Page 5 of 15 J o u r n a l P r e -p r o o f 5 presentations between patients with infected with COVID-19 pneumonia versus influenza A pneumonia, to provide some recommendations for their differential diagnosis. Our present study revealed that COVID-19 manifested as mild, severe pneumonia were less than influenza A patients.
