Immunofluorescence assay LLC-PK and HEK293-APN cells were plated in 24-well plates, and when confluency reached 90%, cells were washed three times with PBS and infected with PDCoV at different MOI in the presence or not of trypsin. After seeding in 6-well plates and the confluency of each cells reached around 90%, PDCoV was used to infect LLC-PK (MOI = 0.5, 1 and 10) and ST cells (MOI = 1, 2 and 5), washed twice with PBS at 2 hpi, and then medium supplemented or not with 5 μg/ml trypsin was added.
