The medicines studied in this paper have been shown to be effective in primary and secondary prevention of CVD events and to reduce mortality, and are recommended in most clinical guidelines but were unavailable in a large proportion of communities in LICs and middle-income countries and even when available they were not always affordable. Availability and affordability of cardiovascular disease medicines and their effect on use in highincome, middle-income, and low-income countries: an analysis of the pure study data ./cache/cord-329016-w95typ7k.txt ./txt/cord-329016-w95typ7k.txt
