TOPIA publishes original, peer-reviewed research and theoretical essays on culture that are accessible to a wide readership in the humanities and social sciences. Areas of research relevant to this mandate include the historical, institutional and aesthetic formation of Canadian and postcolonial culture; indigenous studies; cultural memory; and environmental cultural studies.
