Tai and Chen [3] proposed a feasible enterprise intellectual capital evaluation model by means of 2-tuple fuzzy linguistic approach to assist managers understand the performance of intellectual capital. The proposed fuzzy rule-based expert system evaluates the performance degree of intellectual capital based on the the concept of intellectual capital and fuzzy control rules.
