She worked in academic libraries for 30 years, and conducted research in information literacy and the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) before joining PIL in 2017. Working at PIL with a phenomenal multidisciplinary team has provided the opportunity to participate in projects that span institutions and explore beyond higher education into societal aspects of information literacy.
