This year has been full of new experiences and we all have faced the challenges of adapting to the new professional realities of relying on technology to complete our work, promoting the goals of our organization all while staying connected with communities we serve virtually. As a first-time attendee and a community journalist, I was excited and unsure of how the 2020 DLF Forum would operate on a virtual platform.
