Charter and ordinances 1899	1899		.txt	text/plain	2988	120	67	avenues and alleys of said city necessary poles, masts, wires Whenever said New State Telephone Company, or its successor or assigns, shall propose to enter upon any street, alley or avenue in said city for the purpose of and on and upon each and every of the regular annual assessment rolls in said city for the year in and during which any as aforesaid, and shall certify the said special assessment such special assessment roll, they shall so declare by resolution, whereupon at the next meeting of the Common assessment roll, it shall be the duty of the City Clerk to certify the said assessment roll, together with the resolution of confirmation to the City Assessor, who shall forthwith attach thereto his warrant directed to the City Treasurer commanding him to collect from all, each and every thereof at any one payment at any time after such assessment roll shall have been certified to the City Treasurer,	./cache/mdp.39015065384359.pdf	./txt/mdp.39015065384359.txt
