          Nine distinguished figures from business, law, medicine, the Church, literature, education and engineering will join principal speaker Sen. Richard Lugar, R-Ind., as honorary degree recipients at the University of Notre Dame’s 158th Commencement exercises May 18 (Sunday).p. Degrees will be conferred on some 1,850 undergraduate and 600 advanced degree candidates in ceremonies beginning at 2 p.m. (EST) in the Joyce Center on campus.p.
