Theodore J. Cachey, professor of Romance languages and literatures and the Albert J. Ravarino Family Director of the Devers Program in Dante Studies, and Christian Moevs, associate professor of Romance languages and literatures, co-edited bothAccounting for Dante,by Justin Steinberg, andUnderstanding Dante,by John A. Scott. Both books are part of the Universitys William and Katherine Devers Series in Dante Studies.Accounting for Dantewill be published by Notre Dame Press in the fall, andUnderstanding Dante,which was selected for its excellence in scholarship and presentation, the significance of its contribution to the field and its value as an important treatment of its subject, was published last year. The Theology of Thomas Aquinas,published last year, was co-edited by Joseph Wawrykow, associate professor of theology at Notre Dame.
