The ROTC units will hold a silent 24-hour vigil at the Clarke Memorial Fountain beginning at 5 p.m. Monday. A ceremony will follow Tuesday at 5 p.m. in the area adjacent to the Clarke Fountain, with Rev. Theodore M. Hesburgh, C.S.C., president emeritus of Notre Dame, as the guest speaker.p. Area veterans and the general public are welcome to attend. In case of inclement weather, the event will be held in the Carey Auditorium in the Hesburgh Library.
