          The University of Notre Dame has received the final permit necessary for construction of its new golf course. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers issued the permit, joining the Indiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) in approving the project.p.
