          The Vivian Harrington Gray Tax Assistance Program (TAP) at the University of Notre Dame and Saint Mary’s College has instituted a Students Working at Taxes (SWAT) team to assist taxpayers who are unable to visit the 11 TAP tax assistance centers in the South Bend area.p.
