O’Donnell, Helen Kellogg Professor of Political Science at the University of Notre Dame, has been awarded the Kalman Silvert Award for lifetime contribution to the study of Latin America by the Latin American Studies Association (LASA).p. The organization’s highest honor, the award was presented at LASA’s recent international congress held in Dallas.p.
