Utilities crews will be working to repair chilled water pipes beneath the road. The ITC Lot will also be closed during the repair, which is expected to last through Friday, July 14. The ROTC Lot will remain open during the project, as will sidewalks along the road leading to the Library Circle. Campus shuttles and South Bend Transpo buses that normally stop at the library will alter their pick-up/drop-off locations while the road is closed. Shuttle service will move to the Library Lot near McCourtney Hall, if space allows, or the corner of Leahy Drive and the entrance to the Library Circle.
