          The University of Notre Dame welcomes the decision by South Bend Area Crime Stoppers, Inc., to offer a reward of up to $1,000 for the arrest of the person or persons responsible for the recent acts of vandalism at the University, said Rev. E. William Beauchamp, C.S.C., Notre Dame’s executive vice president.p.
