          Frank P. Incropera, McCloskey Dean of the College of Engineering and Brosey Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame, has named Peter M. Kogge, Ted H. McCourtney Professor of Computer Science and Engineering, the associate dean for research in the college. Kogge, whose appointment begins on August 22, is world-renowned for his research on advanced computer architectures.p.
