          George A. Lopez, director of policy studies in the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies at the University of Notre Dame, will present a lecture titled “Crying in the Wilderness? Moral Voices in the U.S. Policy Toward Iraq” at 7 p.m. March 21 (Thursday) at St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. The lecture is free and open to the public and will be followed by a reception.p.
