          Rev. Edward A. Malloy, C.S.C., president of the University of Notre Dame and cochair of the National Advisory Council on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) Task Force on College Drinking, will join a panel of experts to discuss alcohol abuse on college campuses at a news conference tomorrow (April 9) at 8:15 a.m. EST (9:15 a.m. EDT) at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.p.
