          A celebration of recently completed community art projects will be held Friday (July 13) from 5-8 p.m. at the Robinson Community Learning Center (RCLC), 921 N. Eddy St., South Bend. The event, which will feature children’s art activities and refreshments, is free and open to the public.p.
