King Jr., librarian and head of research services for the University of Notre Dame’s Kresge Law Library, has been appointed ombudsperson for discriminatory harassment complaints at the University.p. As ombudsperson, King will provide one means by which students, faculty and staff can report allegations of discriminatory harassment. He will investigate all complaints brought to his attention and follow up with either informal conciliation or assistance in preparing a formal report to University officials. Complaints also can be filed with the Office of Residence Life, the director of human resources, or with appropriate supervisors.p.
