          A medical oncologist at the University of Notre Dame wholeheartedly endorses the National Board of Medical Examiners’ decision this week to test medical students for their bedside manner.p. Dr.Rudolph M. Navari, director of the Walther Cancer Research Center at Notre Dame, said the test of clinical communication skills is a “major advance in the education and training of physicians.”p.
