          Word has been received of the death of Rev. Mark J. Fitzgerald, C.S.C., professor emeritus of economics at the University of Notre Dame. Father Fitzgerald died yesterday afternoon (Tuesday, Sept. 3) at Holy Cross House on campus. He was 96 years old.zp.
