Wilson D. Miscamble, C.S.C., professor of history at the University of Notre Dame and rector and superior of Moreau Seminary.p. The book compiles 24 notable graduation speeches, ranging from the words of Gen. William Tecumseh Sherman—the University’s first nationally recognized speaker—in 1865 to those of President George W.
