          Shirley Watkins, under secretary of food, nutrition and consumer services in the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), will visit the University of Notre Dame on Wednesday morning (July 15) to meet with more than 250 South Bend-area young people participating in the National Youth Sports Program (NYSP).p.
