          U.S. Rep. Marcy Kaptur of the 9th District of Ohio will present the annual McBride Lecture at the University of Notre Dame on Thursday (Oct. 31). Her presentation is titled ?The Human Face of Trade? and will take place at 8 p.m. in 102 DeBartolo Hall.p. Now in her 10th term, Kaptur is the senior Democratic woman in Congress and is a member of the House Appropriations Committee.p.
