Malloy, C.S.C., president of the University, at a Jan. 9 ceremony in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.p. Cardinal Rodríguez, archbishop of Tegucigalpa, had been scheduled to receive the award last November at a Notre Dame conference on liberation theology but was prevented from attending the conference by an accident which left him with a broken leg.
