          E. Mark Cummings, the Notre Dame Chair in Psychology at the University of Notre Dame, has been appointed to the Risk, Prevention and Health Behavior Study Section of the Center for Scientific Review.p. An affiliate of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the committee helps forge the national biomedical research agenda by reviewing grants and recommending awards through NIH appropriations. Members of the committee are selected on the basis of the high quality of their research.p.
