The measure, which will continue through the remainder of the season, is expected to help prevent traffic back-ups on the Indiana Toll Road.p. South Bend police will continue to implement a one-way pattern for streets south of the campus 3½ hours prior to kickoff – at 11 a.m. this Saturday.p.
