          Tristan Borer, a visiting fellow at the University of Notre Dame’s Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies, will present a lecture titled “When Victims Are Heroes and Heroes Are Perpetrators: Human Rights and Reconciliation in South Africa” March 5 (Tuesday) at 4:15 p.m. in Room C-103 of Notre Dame’s Hesburgh Center for International Studies.
